INTER-TECH ELECTRIC was founded in 1986 in London, Ontario. Primary markets were commercial, residential and industrial. Projects ranged from commercial plazas to hardware stores and restaurants, base building electrical in automotive plants and several multi-unit residential projects.

In the early 1990's the company, now named Inter-Tech Systems Inc., quickly evolved in the global market as a diversified contracting firm focusing on specialized projects across North America, Mexico and the Caribbean. Inter-Tech Systems Inc. joined forces with prime contractors such as Ellis-Don construction completing several Can-Agri Systems for the Canadian Government in countries such as Lithuania and Latvia. Inter-Tech Systems continued to perform on this level successfully completing several industrial projects including the first Emerson Motor Division plant in Reynosa, Mexico. Also in the early 1990's Inter-Tech Systems was the complete turnkey MEP and Controls contractor for several new Canadian Government sponsored Airport projects throughout the Caribbean where we successfully completed the electrical, plumbing, mechanical, radar and runway control systems on-time and on-budget.

Inter-Tech Systems continued to build on its reputation as a multi trade contractor when it successfully completed the MEP systems including the refrigeration controls for Hussmann Canada on a state of the art distribution plant for PFS de Mexico in Mexico City. The company continued working with Hussmann Canada and is now a primary contractor on several commercial projects across Canada including Wal-Mart and Pharma Plus stores. The company continued to prosper on the global market by successfully installing and commissioning the Building Automation System for the Trane Corporation on the new Costco warehouse in Cancun, Mexico. Since that project, Inter-Tech Systems has earned its position as a preferred contractor for the Trane office in Seattle, Washington. Inter-Tech Systems is responsible for many of the installations and commissioning for Costco Wholesale projects throughout North America.

Inter-Tech Mechanical Systems Inc., a newly created division in 2005, has quickly emerged as a quality installation and commissioning company having successfully completed many turnkey refrigeration installations serving Wal-Mart, Costco and other grocery store facilities across Canada.

The current ownership of Inter-Tech Systems Inc. and its key divisions remain a privately owned Canadian Corporation with its head office located in Toronto, Ontario. The financial stability, strong customer base and dedicated employee/ management team has propelled the company as a leading multi trade contractor throughout North America, Mexico and the Caribbean.

Over the past 20 years, Inter-Tech Systems has built a reputation on being a challenging and rewarding company to work for and continues to build its employee/management team with some of the most professional and qualified individuals in the industry. The company maintains a class A safety program and excellent track record continually implementing the latest safety procedures available.

Today, Inter-Tech Systems is poised and ready to take on new challenges from its customer's on a Global basis.
