Over the past 20 years, Inter-Tech Systems has successfully completed many multi-trade projects throughout the World. Each project stands as a testament of our continued commitment to our employees and customers. Some of our flag ship projects that we completed are as follows:
EMERSON MOTOR DIVISION – REYNOSA, MEXICO
Design and installation of the complete Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Building Automation Systems for the new motor division plant in Reynosa, Mexico. Design, installation and commissioning of a state of the art control system for equipment and assembly lines.
PFS MEXICO – MEXICO CITY
Designed and installed the electrical and mechanical systems for the new freezer/cooler facility in Mexico City. Supplied and installed the 650KW generator package to support the Hussmann cooler and freezer system.
OCEAN CLUB – CAYMAN ISLANDS
Complete supply and installation of the MEP renovation project on a 141 Residential Condo Project devastated by Hurricane Ivan.
ELLIS-DON – CAN-AGRI PLANTS – LITHUANIA AND LATVIA
Supplied and installed the complete MEP system for Canadian Government sponsored projects in several countries.
ST. LUCIA – SECONDARY SCHOOL
Designed, Supplied and Installed complete MEP systems for a new secondary school. Provided training for local firms relating to maintenance and service.
CARIBBEAN AIRPORTS
Primary contractor for several airports throughout the Caribbean including Montserrat, Grand Turk, and Anguilla. Inter-Tech supplied and installed complete MEP and Control systems.
TRANE – SEATTLE – NATIONAL ACCOUNTS
Inter-Tech Systems has completed the installation and commissioning of over 200 Costco Wholesale warehouses through North America and Mexico.
HUSSMANN CANADA - ELECTRICAL
Inter-Tech Systems has emerged as the preferred multi trade contractor for the installation of all electrical and low voltage controls for new and expansion type Wal-Mart projects across Canada.
HUSSMANN CANADA- REFRIGERATION
Inter-Tech Mechanical Systems Inc., a division of Inter-Tech Systems has completed several installations on commercial grocery stores. Projects under cover are Wal-Mart Supercentres in Edmonton, Vaughn, Brockville and Ottawa.
WAL-MART - SAM’S CLUBS
Inter-Tech Systems has successfully completed the electrical and control systems on several Sam’s Club warehouses throughout Ontario.
